Key Singapore assets are valued at S$5.49 billion for Suntec City, S$1.39 billion for One Raffles Quay, S$1.88 billion for Marina Bay Financial Centre Towers 1 & 2 plus Marina Bay Link Mall, and S$497.9 million for Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Australian properties are valued at S$477.1 million (177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney), S$195.1 million (21 Harris Street, Pyrmont), S$279.9 million (Southgate Complex, Melbourne), S$365.3 million (Olderfleet, 477 Collins Street, Melbourne) and S$102.3 million (55 Currie Street, Adelaide).

In the UK, Nova North, Nova South and The Nova Building are valued at S$691.0 million, while The Minster Building is valued at S$468.5 million.
