The deal was agreed at an enterprise value of S$94.5 million in a sale-and-leaseback transaction with DHL, as first disclosed in a 16 January 2026 press release.

Following completion, the REIT’s portfolio increases to 227 properties: 96 in Singapore, 33 in Australia, 49 in the United States and 49 in the United Kingdom/Europe, further deepening its exposure to logistics assets.
