Reclaims Global: Completion of Acquisition of Tagore Industrial Property
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Reclaims Global Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) refers to its announcement dated 18 March 2026 in relation to the exercise of the option to purchase the commercial property at 464 Tagore Industrial Avenue, Singapore 787833 by Reclaims Enterprise Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for an aggregate consideration of S$20,500,000.00 (the "Announcement").
Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Announcement.
Further to the Announcement, the Board is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 9 June 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the OTP.
