KIN Global Limited’s Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Vincent Chai Cheng Hong, has acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of the Company through an on-market transaction at S$0.209 per share, for a total consideration of S$10,450.

Following the acquisition, Mr Chai's direct shareholding interest in KIN Global has increased from 17.36% to 17.39%.

The acquisition further increases Mr Chai's direct shareholding interest in the Company.
