Reclaims Global Continues Share Buyback on 30 July @ S$0.21 - S$0.215 per share
Reclaims Global has commenced a share buyback and purchased 100,000 ordinary shares on 30 Jul 2026 pursuant to its share buy-back mandate.
The shares were acquired through market purchases from S$0.21 - S$0.215 per share, for a total consideration of S$21,451.35. Following the transaction, the Company's treasury shares increased to 3,203,200 shares, representing approximately 1.06% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares).
