KIN Global’s Co-Founders Increase Collective Shareholding Through Additional Open-Market Purchases

  • Following their open-market purchases between 19 June 2026 and 21 August 2026, the Co-Founders acquired an additional 726,000 shares between 25 August and 4 September 2026 for approximately S$135,160 at a volume-weighted average price (“VWAP”) of S$0.186 per share.

  • Reflecting their confidence in the Group’s fundamentals and growth ambitions within the broader events tourism industry, the additional share purchases increased the Co-Founders’ personal economic exposure to Kin Global as they lead the execution of the Group’s post-listing growth strategy.

  • The purchases follow the delivery of the inaugural PPA Asia 500 tournament in Singapore and the recent award of a multi-year contract through an open tender for sports-related activities.

Mr. Vincent Chai (谢青丰), Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kin Global, commented on behalf of the four co-founders: “Following our earlier purchases with our personal capital in Kin Global, the latest round of share purchases further demonstrates that our interests remain closely tied to the long-term value we seek to create for all shareholders.

Ultimately, sustainable shareholder value will be built through disciplined execution and consistent delivery. The successful delivery of the inaugural PPA Asia 500 tournament in Singapore and the recent award of a multi-year contract through an open tender represent the progress we have made since our listing.

Our focus remains on scaling our growth ambitions within the broader events tourism industry, and moving up the value chain through a more integrated business model underpinned by IPs ownership and new M&A opportunities.

These initiatives will strengthen our competitive differentiation, and support more sustainable, recurring growth ahead.”
