Mr. Soh acquired 97,800 ordinary shares at S$0.26705 per share through a market transaction.
Based on the disclosed acquisition price, the transaction represents an aggregate consideration of approximately S$26,117.49.
Following the transaction, Mr. Soh’s direct interest increased from 45,537,845 shares to 45,635,645 shares, with his percentage interest increasing from 25.17% to 25.23% of Lincotrade’s issued share capital.
