Winking Studios has purchased 26,900 ordinary shares pursuant on 16 September to its ongoing share buyback program.
The shares were acquired through market purchases at an average price of S$0.205 per share, for a total consideration of S$5,541.70. Following the transaction, the Company's held 2,139,600 treasury shares, while the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares stood at 439,798,518 shares.
