Reclaims Global has commenced a share buyback and purchased 1,047,600 ordinary shares on 17 Sep 2026 pursuant to its share buy-back mandate.
The shares were acquired through market purchases between S$0.205 - S$0.215 per share, for a total consideration of S$221,837.19. Following the transaction, the Company's treasury shares increased to 7,247,600 shares, representing approximately2.4% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares).
