Lincotrade & Associates Holdings Limited has purchased 80,000 ordinary shares through a market transaction on 29 September 2026 at S$0.27 per share, for a total consideration of S$21,727.52, including transaction costs.

Following the latest purchase, the Company has repurchased a cumulative 1,216,000 shares, representing approximately 0.707% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buy-back resolution.

All shares acquired under the current mandate have been retained as treasury shares, bringing the Company's total treasury shareholding to 1,216,000 shares.
