Winking Studios: Share Buy-Back @ S$0.20 per Share on 5 October 2026
Winking Studios Limited has purchased an additional 30,000 ordinary shares through a market transaction on 5 October 2026 at S$0.20 per share, for a total consideration of S$6,027.40, including transaction costs.
Following the latest purchase, the Company has repurchased a cumulative 2,169,600 shares under its current share buy-back mandate, representing approximately 0.49% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buy-back resolution.
All 30,000 shares acquired in the latest transaction were held as treasury shares, bringing Winking Studios’ total treasury shareholding to 2,169,600 shares. Following the purchase, the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares stood at 439,768,518 shares.
