Reclaims Global Limited has undertaken a share buyback, acquiring 1,101,400 ordinary shares through market acquisitions on 9 October 2026, at prices ranging from S$0.199 to S$0.205 per share.

The shares were acquired for a total consideration of S$222,590.77, including stamp duties, clearing charges and other transaction costs, and will be held as treasury shares.

Following the latest transaction, Reclaims Global has cumulatively repurchased 9,521,400 shares under its current share buyback mandate, representing approximately 3.15% of the Company's issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buyback resolution.

The latest purchase brings the Company's total treasury shares to 9,521,400 shares, while the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares stood at 292,478,600 shares following the transaction.
