Geo Energy Resources Limited has undertaken a further share buyback, acquiring 200,000 ordinary shares through market acquisitions on 12 October 2026 at S$0.54 per share.

The shares were acquired for a total consideration of S$108,258.99, including stamp duties, clearing charges and other transaction costs, and will be held as treasury shares.

Following the latest transaction, Geo Energy has cumulatively repurchased 14,037,500 shares under its current share buyback mandate, representing approximately 0.788% of the Company's issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buyback resolution.

The latest purchase brings the Company's total treasury shares to 12,873,867 shares, while the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares stood at 1,768,699,726 shares following the transaction.
