• The various new contracts secured recently, with an aggregate value of approximately S$12.1 million, are double the S$6 million in contract wins announced in July 2026, reflecting the Group’s expanded business capabilities following the completion of its strategic acquisitions of Asiabuild Metal Engineering Pte. Ltd. and Integrated Aluminium Pte. Ltd. in June 2026.
  
  
• The new contracts span a diverse range of sectors, including Singapore’s public and private housing, healthcare facilities, public infrastructure, and automated smart logistics facilities, among others.
   
• The new contracts are expected to be progressively executed in accordance with the respective project schedules over the next one to three years.

Commenting on the latest contract wins in Singapore, Mr Tang Hee Sung, Non-Executive Non-Independent Chairman, commented: “These latest contract wins represent encouraging progress in our strategic transformation into an integrated engineering solutions specialist, as we leverage our expanded capabilities to capture broader opportunities across Singapore’s built environment and infrastructure sectors.

The larger aggregate value of these contract wins, compared with our previous announcement in July 2026, reflects the broader scope of projects that we can now undertake across our three business segments.
