Reclaims Global Limited has purchased an additional 148,800 ordinary shares through a market transaction on 19 October 2026 at S$0.20 per share, for a total consideration of S$29,822.02, including transaction costs.

Following the latest purchase, the Company has repurchased a cumulative 10,749,200 shares, representing approximately 3.56% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the share buy-back resolution.

All 148,800 shares acquired in the latest transaction were retained as treasury shares, bringing the Company's total treasury shareholding to 10,749,200 shares. The number of issued shares excluding treasury shares following the purchase stood at 291,250,800 shares.

The latest transaction forms part of Reclaims Global's ongoing share buy-back activities under its existing share buy-back mandate.
